Step 2. Pick Up The Paperwork

You will need to pick up two forms from the Post Office, a D2 and a D4
You can also download the forms at the bottom of this page.

Step 3. Medical Test

A medical will be booked on your behalf. At the medical you will have your eye sight tested, blood pressure taken and chest sounded. It is a very basic medical.

Step 4. Fill in Forms

Fill up the D2 and take the D4 to your medical, the doctor will fill that one up.
Send both forms away together to the DVLA in Swansea.

Step 5. Revision

You will be sent a username and password along with login details to our theory study site. There you can study the multiple choice question, hazard perception videos and CPC module 2 case studies.

Step 6. Theory Test

When you have studied all the content on our theory site and you are passing the mock tests comfortably, give us a call or email and let us know you are ready to sit the tests.
We will make the bookings on your behalf.

Step 7. Training Date

When you have passed the theory tests, give us a call to make your practical training booking. An email will be sent confirming your training dates and times.

Step 8. Practical Test

When you’ve passed your practical test, we’ll book your 2 hours CPC Module 4 training and test (if applicable)
